Peruvian Gourd Ornament – Red Cardinals

Description

This  gourd with red cardinals is created using a traditional technique that Peruvian artists have used for a very long time.  This gourd ornament is painstakingly painted red and colored using a small flame to ‘burn’ different areas.  Then it’s etched to create this lovely design.   The end result is an ornament that comes to life wherever it is hung.  It is 2 3/4″ in diameter.
